Being able to control your emotion is the key to your happiness. Give your worries a wings, let it fly. Feel free to show yourself. Experiencing sadness and hurt is part of what makes it so incredible to feel joy and happiness. So it is okay to feel sad, because when you numb your sadness, you also numb happiness and joy. So before you breakdown, let it out, until you will no longer feel the pain but only happiness. 🙂
